This time, we’re celebrating the new 2024–2026 In Colors from Stampin’ Up! with inspiring projects that show you how to use them beautifully in your own creations. I’m sharing a scrapbook layout where I used these beautiful new colors to preserve a special memory from my trip to Athens.

Erinnerungen sind wertvoll – besonders, wenn man sie kreativ festhält. In meinem Projekt zeige ich dir, wie du die neuen In Colors perfekt mit Fotos kombinieren kannst.

Memories are priceless—especially when creatively preserved. In my project, I’ll show you how to pair the new In Colors perfectly with photos.

Ich habe einen kurzen Ausflug nach Athen mit meiner Nichte gemacht und dieses Foto (das einzige ohne noch 100 Touristen in Hintergrund) vor dem Parthenon aufgenommen – dieses Bild war der Mittelpunkt meines Layouts. Als Basis wählte ich das Designerpapier ‚Fröhlich Floral‘ auf einem Hintergrund in Wolkenmeer.

During my trip to Athens, I captured a special moment with my niece in front of the Parthenon—a memory I knew I wanted to highlight in a scrapbook layout. For the base, I used a sheet from the Florals In Bloom Designer Series Paper, on Claud Cover, which gave the page a fresh and airy feel.

Den Titel „ATHENS“ habe ich mit den brandneuen Party-Alphabet Stanzformen aus Tiefseeblau ausgestanzt und mit Dimensionals hervorgehoben. Das Foto selbst ist auf Rhabarberrot gemattet, das zuvor mit der Altes-Mauerwerk-Prägeform geprägt wurde, und darunter befindet sich eine weiße Mattung für mehr Kontrast.

The title “ATHENS” was die-cut using the brand-new Party Alphabet Dies in Misty Moonlight and popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals to give it depth. The photo is double-matted: first with Rhababerrot, embossed using the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder, and then layered on white for contrast.

Als Dekoration habe ich drei Blumen in Tigerorange, Rhabarberrot und Wolkenmeer mit den Stanzformen aus den Blüten-Impressionen ausgestanzt und mit Blütenmitten in Kükengelb versehen. Unter den Blumen verläuft ein weißes Band mit goldenen Streifen.

To embellish the layout, I added three flowers die-cut in Timid Tiger, Strawberry slush, and Cloud Cover using the Floral Impressions Dies (165610), with centers in Daffodil Delight. A white ribbon with gold accents adds an elegant touch underneath the floral cluster.

Zusätzlich habe ich mit dem Stempelset „Das Leben feiern“ Akzente wie Pfeile und florale Motive in Tiefseeblau und Wolkenmeer aufgestempelt.

For subtle stamped details, I used the Das Leben feiern stamp set to add arrows and floral motifs in Claud Clover and Secret Sea, tying the whole page together.
